03 Stop Smoking Package

Want to quit the cravings of Tobacco and Marijuana?

We have successfully detoxed many, using our Thera Sauna, Foot Detox Soak, Massage and our Aloe body Wrap. Guided Meditation training, ritual breaking and de charging your energy techniques is also provided with this program.

Why and how this program works!

The cravings come from the nicotine and TCH being stored in your bodies soft fat cells, when the waste is released from the cell you will have a craving. Detoxing the body cleanses away cellular waste including the nicotine and TCH that is stored. Even when you quit cold turkey that waste is still stored in your body for months sometimes years.

The other side is the ritual of the smoking that is hard wired in your brain. Teaching you meditation and visualization techniques, you will gain tools to use when your brain tells you you want to perform the smoking ritual. You will receive a DVD of a guided meditation that will re wire that brain pattern and break the smoking ritual habit. We will also teach you a way to de charge your energy field, like cleansing the energy that flows around your body to change the information you are receiving. This will help with your stress level keeping you in a clam state so you do not go back to smoking when you become stressed.

You can't quit, you just need some tools and techniques and we are here to teach you them.

This program is set up as a 30 day program where you come to the Spa every day or every third day to get a 90 min treatment (total of 10 treatments). The treatments will consist of a foot detox soak or an sit in the infrared sauna and a aloe body wrap (massage can be added to the program at anytime). During your 60 minute consultation you will receive a take home DVD/CD (guided meditation) to use each time you get a craving and you will be taught the de charging techniques. We inspire you to use a journal while taking this program and ask about our Zen Cleaner to get the smoking smells out of your home, which will help with you kick that habit for good.

One make-up appointment allowed within a 24 hour notice. Missed/no show appointments will not be allowed to make up or money back.
